Return Policy:
BabyWhiz.com sincerely thanks you for placing your order with us! We are
committed to making your shopping experience a delightful one with the support
we provide to you before, during and after your sale. You may contact us
online, by phone or via fax. No matter what method you choose, you will find
BabyWhiz.com is committed to providing you with exemplary customer service and
are focused on continuously improving your ordering experience! We want you to
be entirely pleased with the products and service you receive from us.
Most merchandise can be returned for any reason with in our return period. If
you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any
unopened merchandise in "as purchased" condition within 30 days of your
delivery date. We will gladly exchange it or refund the purchase price,
excluding actual shipping fees and handling fees, whichever you prefer. Please
allow approximately 10-14 days to process your refund. All order refusals are
subject to a $10.00 refusal fee and excludes original shipping and handling
fees.
Refunds and Exchanges Instructions:
Shipping costs are non-refundable. All refunds and exchanges are subject to the final approval of our Customer Service Department.
When returning an order, we ask that you follow our easy return instructions to
expedite transactions. This policy applies to all orders placed in the United
States.
- To expedite your return, you will need a Return Authorization. You may
contact us at 1-888-689-BABY, email us at Return Authorization
or fax your return request to 303-484-4884.
- All unopened merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt and
returned in its original packaging material. Refunds can not be issued for
items returned with any indications that the shipping box was opened prior to
the return with out authorization from Babywhiz.com. BabyWhiz.com will not
accept dirty, used or washed items for return.
- If return authorization is emailed to you please print it and affix it to
your return shipment. The return authorization may also be sent to you in this
situation just affix it to your return shipment.
- Returned merchandise should be shipped insured via Fed Ex, UPS or Parcel
Post to it’s origin once an RMA number has been issued.
- For verification purposes please send tracking information to
Return Authorization Tracking Info and also maintain all tracking information of the
returned package.
- All original documentation, parts and accessories need to be included with
returned merchandise to receive a full refund.
- All gift orders that are returned will be issued for store credit and credit
will be valid up to 90 days after credit has been issued. Shipping cost and
gift wrapping fees are non-refundable.
- For your security, refunds will be credited back to the credit card used at
the time of purchase. Any processing fees will not be returned.
- Exchange orders will be processed as a new order and will be processed
immediately after the original merchandise is returned. Exchange orders are
subject to standard shipping and processing fees.
- You will receive an email notification once your package has been received
and processed by our returns department. Please allow up to 14 business days
for inspection and processing.
Damaged or Defective Item:
Upon arrival of your shipment, please check the contents of your package
immediately. If there is damage make an official note with the driver, take
pictures of the damaged box, product damage and call us. You must report any
discrepancies or damages within 7 business days of receipt of merchandise. If
there is damage to the product BabyWhiz.com must report all damages immediately
to the carrier for inspection. Claims issued on damaged or lost orders can take
the carrier 7-10 days to process.
Once a claim has been initiated and processed, a replacement will be sent. We
are unable to accept cancellations on merchandise after it arrives damaged, but
we will make every effort to make the product right. Please be assured that
BabyWhiz.com will work diligently with the carrier to resolve this type of
issue expeditiously.
Defective Item:
BabyWhiz.com is committed to providing top quality merchandise and will work
closely with our manufacturers to ensure product integrity. However, should you
receive an item that is defective, please contact us at 1-888-689-BABY or send us
an email notification sage-crew@hotmail.com.
BabyWhiz.com reserves the right to replace the defective parts or ship out a new
item and is unable to accept cancellations on merchandise after it arrives, but
we will make every effort to make the product right. Requests for replacement
parts will be processed as quickly as possible. Please note that we are not
able to express ship replacement pieces.
After 30 days of receipt, BabyWhiz.com cannot replace defective items and we
will refer all issues regarding defective merchandise to manufacturer for
warranty processing, if applicable.
Cancellations:
All orders must be cancelled by 5PM MST on the day they are ordered. Any orders placed after 6PM MST must cancel on the following day before 4PM.
You must call 1-888-689-BABY AND send an email with your order number, customer name, and product ordered. If orders are not cancelled before the cut off time processing fees will NOT be returned. If your order has already shipped and you want to cancel you will be responsible for processing fees and all actual shipping costs. Some items may also have a
30%-50% restocking fee.
Special Orders:
Certain items such as bedding and bedding accessories are special order items.
These products are marked on BabyWhiz.com Please be advised that special order
items can take up to 4-8 weeks for delivery. These items are subject to a
30%-50% restocking fee.
Non-Returnable Items:
To ensure product integrity, health and hygiene protection, BabyWhiz.com is
unable to accept returns on any of the following kinds of items: diapering
accessories, diaper bags, diapers, diaper pails & liners, potty seats,
gliders, feeding accessories, bottles, breast pumps, wipes, thermometers,
pacifiers, bathing accessories, lotions, powders, fabric, food, formula
products or personalized items.
