How safe is ordering online?
We take the security of your online transactions seriously. To ensure the
security of your credit card information, we employ Secure Sockets Layer (SSL).
SSL encrypts your credit card information, so that it cannot be read as it is
sent through the Internet and is only used by us to fulfill your order.
Do you sell/share my email address with other companies?
No! Your email address is used exclusively by us to communicate with you
regarding your order, or (if you subscribe to our free email newsletter) to
notify you of special promotions and offers.
Ordering & Payment
How do I order online?
We strive to make it as easy as possible for you to order online. When
shopping, simply add an item to your shopping cart from any product page.
Select a size and color (if applicable), choose a quantity and click ?add to
cart?. Then, follow the remaining on-screen directions.
Will I receive a confirmation of my order?
Yes. Within two or three minutes of placing your order, you will receive an
email confirmation. (Also check for it in your bulk or junk folder, the email
might have accidentally been filtered). If you did not receive this
confirmation, please Order Confirmation Request or call
Customer Service at 1-888-689-BABY. Customer Service hours are (9 AM to 6
PM MST)

Do I have to pay sales tax?
A sales tax of 7.8% is added to each order for Arizona residents, in
compliance with the tax laws. All other locations are not charged sales
tax.
What are your return/exchange procedures?
Babywhiz.com wants to ensure your satisfaction with every order, we offer a
30-Day Return Policy on every order, unless
otherwise stated. All returns require a Return Authorization Number
(RA#), which can be obtained by email
or call Customer Service at 1-888-689-BABY. Customer Service hours are (9
AM to 6 PM MST)
When will I receive my backordered item(s)?
Once the out-of-stock item arrives in our warehouse, it will usually ship
within one business day and you should receive the item via standard shipping
in 5-9 business days. If your backorder is delayed we will make every effort to
keep you updated on the new arrival time.
Will I receive a shipping confirmation?
Not in all cases, you can login to your account and go to Track Order then
select View Order Status and History. If the tracking information
is provided by the vendor you will find your tracking status here. For
dropship items, the shipping confirmation is sent after the vendor has notified
us that your order was shipped, which may be a week or more after your dropship
item was shipped. If for any reason you do not receive a shipping confirmation,
please
email or call our customer service department at 1-888-689-BABY from 9 AM
to 6 PM Mountain Standard time.
Can I fax or mail in an order?
Yes. To ensure that your order is accurate, print and complete an
Order Form (Credit card number, CSV code, and signature is required for
faxed or mailed orders)
Creating an Account
Why should I create an account?
Creating an account makes it even easier for you to shop with us in the future.
For example, once you set up an account, we will "remember" your shipping
addresses for future orders, which will save you time. In addition, you can
check the status of your order at any time or review your complete order
history. Creating an account also gives you access to our convenient gift
registry and wish list feature.

Can I store addresses?
Yes. Once you have set up an account, you can create your own personal
address book. This will save you time on future orders we

Shipping & Handling
What are my shipping options?
For most items, you can choose between Standard Shipping (5-9 business
days) and Express Delivery (2 business days). However, certain items shipped
directly from the manufacturer may require anywhere from 2 to 6 weeks for
delivery, as indicated on the product page. Express Delivery is not available
for all products. In addition, some oversized Items cannot be shipped express.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping charges are based on actual shipping charges to your location
from the vendor. Shipping cost is based on location, size and weight.
When will I receive my order?
Orders shipped via Standard Shipping usually take 5 to 9 business days to
arrive. However, Express Delivery is available on most items. Express Delivery
orders arrive in two business days. Please note that some items (such as those
shipped directly to you from the manufacturer) can take anywhere from 2 to 6
weeks to arrive, as specified on each product page.
Can I specify separate billing and shipping addresses?
Yes, easily. After completing the billing address form, enter the shipping
address separately. If you have set up an account, you can create your own
personal address book. You will be able to save all billing and shipping

Do you accept international orders?
Generally, Babywhiz.com ships to the Contiguous United States. However,
Babywhiz.com will work with you for international shipment of bulk purchases
and/or special orders. Please call Babywhiz.com at 1-888-689-BABY for shipping

Do you have retail stores?
No, we offer our quality products online only, We have no retail stores. We
have found that our customers appreciate the convenience of at-home shopping.
Purchases can be made online, by telephone, by mail or by fax.

I previously purchased a product from you but you no longer carry it. Does this
mean it has been recalled or of inferior quality?
No, not at all. Products are discontinued for a variety of reasons.
Sometimes, a manufacturer is unable to supply us with the quantity we need.
When this occurs, we may replace that item with a similar product by a
different manufacturer. In addition, we are continually “upgrading” our
products with new models that offer additional features, in which case we
discontinue the earlier models.
How do I know if an item is available/in-stock?
You will know at the time you order the item. Availability information next to the item
indicating if the product is out of stock or has an eta according to the manufacturers inventory updates. (We update our inventory
as manufacturers update us.) If an item is currently out-of-stock, you will see the date it is
scheduled to arrive into the warehouse. Once the out-of-stock item arrives in our
warehouse, it will usually ship within 48 hours and you should receive the item
via standard ground shipping. Inventory can and does go in and out of stock and if you have a time schedule you may want to contact us for availablility.
How will I know if my backordered item is not coming in on
schedule?
If an item is backordered or out-of-stock we make every effort to keep you
updated on your orders estimated time of arrival. We will update you via email
with any new arrival times.

Can I purchase a gift certificate?
Yes, you can! You may purchase an e-gift certificates through our website.
Babywhiz e-gift certificates may only be redeemed online. To purchase an e-gift
certificate, click here. If you would
like to purchase a paper gift certificate, which is sent to your recipient by
regular mail please contact us at 1-888-689-BABY. The paper gift
certificate is only redeemed by phone, fax or mail.
I made a mistake on my online order! How do I change it?
Mistake on Order Number immediately and we will
make every effort to make the requested changes. You may also call us at
1-888-689-BABY from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, M-F, Mountain Standard Time. Just
leave us a message and will will get back to you as soon as possible.
Normal voice mail responses are never longer than 24 hours.
Is gift-wrapping available for products I buy online?
No, I'm sorry most items are shipped directly to you by the
manufacturer, and cannot be gift-wrapped.

No, we do not have a catalog all products are sold on line.

Each email newsletter includes instructions for removing your name from our
email list. These instructions are found at the end of the newsletter. If you
