All AFG Furniture shipments will be shipped via BAX Global primarily or FEDEX ground. Shipments take approximately 2-3 business days to leave the warehouse if in stock and another 2-5 business days approximately to arrive at your location. Availability is based on first come first serve basis and furniture can become out of stock at any given time.
When the shipment is received if the customer receives damaged merchandise, the customer will have to make a note on the receipt and give to the driver. If the damage is internal damage and not visible from the outside packaging and if the customer discovers the internal damage after the driver has left the customer must file a claim to the trucking company within 7 days and provide the pictures. The trucking company highly recommends that the
claim be filed within 72 hours. The trucking company does not send the people to pick up the merchandise for inspection so when damage occurs the customer will need to send pictures of outside packaging and damaged parts to the trucking company should damage or a damage claim occur.
