The Kelty Tour is the brands introductory baby carrier. The Tour has all the essentials which includes an auto-deploy kickstand, adjustable and padded straps for parent and child, two handles, adjustable and padded straps for parent and child, and a user friendly child harness.
There are many features that you will not get with the Tour. The padding isn't as high tech as the kind found on the Journey or the Kelty baby carriers. No Kelty diaper daypack accessory, very little storage space, just a small pocket in the waistbelt and no removable kid pack that is found in the rest of the 2005 Kelty child carriers.This really is the basic carrier. However, you might not need all these features if your pack will only get light use. In an urban or suburban settings the Tour is the the signature Kelty kid carrier design, in a streamlined form.
